Why do we invite Thomas?
Do you know a lot of corporate anthropologists? Same for us, so when we found one we promptly invited him. Thomas is doing an amazing job in Zurich, Berlin and L.A. helping large corporations understand who they are, and capitalize on these assets.

InnovationLab
When themeparks, think tanks and big companies collide. A new strategy on innovation, communication and motivation.
Combining the experience and immersion techniques of themeparks with the creative and focus oriented approach of think tanks or creative agencies „Innovation Labs“ can be used as incubator of new ideas and innovation for a company while at the same time be used as motivation tool for employees as well as communication tool for stakeholders such as public, media, investors or experts. „InnovationLabs“ are physically installed at one particualr location (away from typical environments) for about three months and have a dense program of workshops, presentations, events and seminars. Examples of successful „InnovationLabs“ and an outlook into the future of this exiting tool are also featured in this keynote.
