Until the end of this month I'm working for SITA, a global telecommunications and applications provider to the air transport industry. I was attached to a corporate business management division as a project manager and had a great mandate, which was to work on improvement projects in terms of business development and in terms of improving internal processes for one of their sales channels. One of the last projects that I was working on was the roll out of a dark blog and a collaboration platform in support of sales and customer service activities.
