In addition to being one of the LIFT producers, Steve is a "user experience architect" at one of the largest private banks in Switzerland. His passions are designing information tools, making the complex clear, and helping technology bring more satisfaction than frustration into people's lives. Before moving to Geneva, Steve worked as an information architect for large organisations (The World Bank, International Monetary Fund) and consultancies (Sapient, marchFIRST, Info.Design) in Washington DC and London. His background includes technical writing and coursework for a PhD. in American Literature. Offline, when he's not spending time with his kids and wife, he's probably reading, playing the piano, taking pictures, or, in the winter, hurling himself down the Alps, pretending he is snowboarding.
