Marc obtained his PhD on China's telecommunication reforms from the London School of Economics' Information Systems Department in 2006. He currently spends his time between academic work (China and technology), consulting (telecommunication) and pro bono activities (co-organising the highest Iron/Diamondmen in the world and launching a sponsorship syndicate).
