"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication", Leonardo da Vinci

I'm a customer experience designer. My role is to create appealing & successful experiences with all kind of products and services. I've been working with companies like Swisscom, Orange, Serono, TCS, Fnac, Migros, UBP, CCF, etc.

I'm also a usability activist (sometimes unconsciously!). My role is to raise consumers and companies awareness on the social impact of poor usability. I've launched the project "Ca marche pas!" to show very concretely that even educated & well-known people may experience poor design in their day-to-day life.

Usability corresponds also to my belief that "less is more". To a certain extent, it is very close to traditional philosophies or cultures like the Japanese art of simplicity.

"Technology should enhance our lives, not add to our stress or cause danger through poor design or poor quality." (Source: World Usability Day Charter)
