I run my own consultancy, helping organisations, groups and people become more effective and more innovative. Often, this involves Social Software. In Germany, lots of people know me as "the business weblogging guy" as I was one of the early people talking and consulting about using blogs in business. I also advise entrepreneurs, other consultants and people starting up as freelancers, consultants or together with others. I was a speaker at reboot05 (on the future of knowledge work) and 06 (facilitating a session on consulting) in Copenhagen and at Shift in Lisbon, where I spoke about "How we need to change our thinking and acting to use information technology sensibly". At LIFT I am suggesting a workshop "getting started in consulting" (see the workshops page for more info) and I am thinking about organising a one-day seminar on consulting in Geneva the day after LIFT.
