I've had a hand in using online community to help the many avoid being patronised or mucked-over by the few, and love what it can do. Now I'm putting together a team to make a new form of independent television production company, called Larks & Heroes, to deliver compelling programme formats made solely for the web, with irresistable networking websites built around them. Essentially, I want to come up with a new form of Vlog or podcast. Do I know what those formats are already? Uh, no. But I do know the people who will dream them up.
