Ziv Baida is a researcher in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Information Systems Group) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research focuses on the development electronic services through applying conceptual modeling and knowledge management methods and techniques to business topics as business development, inter-organizational control and service management. He developed the Serviguration service ontology and software tool for service bundling, which were the topic of his PhD thesis. Earlier he graduated cum laude at the department of computer science at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
