Lift conference general conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@liftconference.com. A full refund minus a 100chf processing fee will be given for cancellations received on or prior to one month before the first day of a conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date.

Substitutions / Transfers

Substitutions must be made in writing via email to info@liftconference.com and received at least two weeks before the first day of the event. After that date substitutions will no longer be accepted.

Photography and recording

The Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, partners and other companies from photographing conference activities and participants. By participating in the Conference, you acknowledge that your talks, interventions and presence may be recorded, and pictures be taken. You hereby waive any right to oppose, and expressly authorize, the Organizer to record the Conference activities and make them available on the Internet or as it may see fit.

Email

We will never communicate your email address to a third party. We send a couple of emails a year to past attendees to signal them the launch of new events. You can ask us to remove your email from all communications by sending an email to info@liftconference.com with the subject REMOVE.

Privacy statement

In processing your personal information, we shall comply with Swiss data protection law. Please send an email to info@liftconference.com if you would like personal information removed from our database.
