We would like to thank everyone of you who submitted a workshop, an openstage presentation, a discussion or a venture. We wish you a lot of votes :)

In total, we received 92 suggestions from the community: 20 workshops (+25% vs 2007), 19 openstage presentations (+18% vs 2007), 8 discussions and 45 ventures.

We remind you that everyone can contribute to the LIFT community by posting on the community blog or by making program suggestions.

LIFT08 is happening in two weeks. This is the perfect timing for you to start reviewing the speech suggestions made by the community and vote for the ones you would like to attend:

- workshops
- openstage presentations
- discussions

The rules are the same as last year: the presentations getting the most votes or subscribers will be added to the program. Also, note that the rooms hosting the workshops have limited capacity, so sign up as early as possible.

This is a final call for all LIFTers travelling to Geneva next month: you have less than a week to contribute to the open program. Submissions close on Sunday, January 20.
