It's kind of describing each other's connection, sharing each other's interest, and evolving more connections in this framework.

I think the most important is your interest in this site. and this is toward people's connection. so if your interests is added in this box, people who are also interested in your concern is showed to display. Adding more interest, you can finally select one person.
