Job Description
The liftconference.com website is the heart of the LIFT community for most of the year. It is where LIFTers register for events, propose speakers or speeches, exchange opinions or links, and connect with each other. With the growth of the community and the multiplication of events, our website needs to be drastically expanded and improved. We are looking for someone to join our web team to provide expertise on both information architecture and editorial work.

Your mission
Your job will be to rethink the current website to incorporate new elements like LIFT Asia or new participatory formats.

• improve current information architecture
• make the website multi-event able
• refine community features
• optimize registration process
• day-to-day edition of the website
• gather community feedback and implement required features
• follow up of open program processes (opening of propositions, closing of propositions, opening of votes, announcement of winners, etc...)

Requirements:
- Advanced information architecture skills
- Usability skills highly appreciated
- Native English speaker or equivalent level
- Good experience with CMS, knowledge of Drupal a big plus

Workload:
This job will begin as a 20% contract. The workload might quickly increase to accompany the growth of the community.
