My first couple of jobs were for Reuters (Hong Kong and London) and Arthur Andersen (London, Spain). Starting off as a programmer I worked my way up through to Systems Integration and Middleware platforms, getting increasing exposure to customers.
In 2001 I introduced Wikis to Arthur Andersen, knowing that they could be an amazing tool for building and managing knowledge, but unable to articulate why. A year spent backpacking and an MBA later I added new ways of thinking about the existence of corporations and how I would contribute to them.
Since 2007 I've been running Blended Perspectives Inc, a wiki-centric knowledge consultancy. I'm based in Toronto, Canada.
