David Galipeau has been involved with the internet since it's inception. Having worked on DARPA and the EU Commission Framework IV projects, he has developed an interested in learning behaviors, knowledge management and communication channel strategy and integration models. He is interested in how information and communication technology (ICTs) can be used to modify society and organizational behavior.
