Alexandre Robert is a product/interaction designer and is currently working as Vice President Customer Experience for Credit Suisse in Zurich. Previously, he was Managing Director of "Real Informationsdesign" (Frankfurt), User Centred Design Manager at "Pixelpark" and founder of "usus Interface Consulting" (Zurich). He is the author of a book about integration of branding and usability, and has given lectures in several design schools. In 2005/06, he was Guest Professor for "Interface Design" at the "Hochschule fuer Gestaltung Offenbach". Currently he is teaching "Interaction Design" at the Lucerne University of Applied Art and Design.
