Dr. Aradhna Malik earned her Ph.D. in Human Communication Studies from University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado, U.S.A., in June 2007, and joined the Institute of Management Technology in Nagpur, in October 2007, as Assistant Professor of Business Communication. Her primary areas of expertise and research interest include: * Communication competence * International and intercultural communication * Technology and social interaction * Social entrepreneurship, and * Management of quality in social welfare organizations In addition to her scholarly endeavors, Dr. Malik enjoys long walks, golf, classical music, photography, the fine arts, and travelling.
