For the last four years Benedikt discovered Europe by living, working and studying in a different country each year. He loves travelling, learning languages, immersing into new cultures and connecting with people.
He's currently finishing off his studies in Paris and working on Tagcrumbs, a social placemarking project.
His interests are diverse and reach from how neuroscience and more contemplative disciplines are showing new ways of exploring our consciousness, how entrepreneurship, mobile technology and the internet can have a positive impact on our lives and change peoples' lives in developing countries and how local knowledge sharing can create relationships that transcend existing social and cultural boundaries, ...
He blogs very infrequently on his own blog and a bit more often on the LIFT blog, presenting some of the speakers and participants to LIFT09. He's also working on his thesis where he tries to explore the impact of mobile phones on entrepreneurial opportunities and innovation in developing countries.
