This is Seokchan (Channy) Yun lived in Jeju, South Korea. I had over 10 year experiences of Internet business especially online music, e-commerce, e-payment and Internet security of world-wide web. Since 1996, I have made my own web services and business models in my first startup company, Nine4u Inc. I learned most of account, marketing and management as well technology as a member of board in there. It gave me an experience of strategic partnership with various companies such as Internet portals, music recording and telecommunication companies. Especially I had opportunities to work with VeriSign and Thawte together and I became to be good at global business through these experiences. In Daum, I involved processes of technical strategy and support of software engineers over 300. My job forwards to technical evangelism to connect between my company and 3rd party developers in area of web based data APIs. I launched Daum's developers network in 2006 (http://dna.daum.net). I'm also very interested in open source software. I have engaged Mozilla project since 2002 as a korean L10N module owner for Firefox and Thunderbird as well as a leader of korean Mozilla community (http://www.mozilla.or.kr). My second interest is web standards by activities of early web community in W3C and Mozilla's standard evangelism. I has been a leader of korean Web Standards (http://webstandards.or.kr). Finally, the web 2.0 is my third interesting things. Because my job is to search trends and plan strategies on the web, naturally I do that.
