I studied economics and engineering at the University of Geneva, Stanford and Yale. I now work for the State of Geneva and my main missions at the Observatoire Technologique are to provide a technological and strategic watch, to analyze the subtle and complex interactions of IT and society, as well as to help developing the strategies of the IT department.
