A Swiss national but raised in Brazil, I am a graduate of EHL Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and IMD International Institute of Management Development. Inspired by business administration and human capital, my career evolved in HR positions in financial services and in the manufacturing industry. Before launching JollietAdvice, I acquired 16 years of consulting experience in: -executive search and recruitment of senior managers as a Partner at Denzler & Partners; - career transition services at the leading Swiss outplacement company, as a member of the management committee and the board. I managed profit centres, sales and was acountable for marketing of intangible services, finance and team leadership. My professional values are centred on achieving my clients’ objectives/results and developing long-term business relations based on trust. I have a keen interest in the search for excellence and the creation of value.
