Jeffrey Huang examines the possibilities of merging physical and virtual environments to enhance everyday environments and everyday life.

He is a co-founder and member of Convergeo, a strategic design and architecture firm, and Thinkstudio, a radical think tank of the many. He is also the Director of the Media x Design Lab, and a Full Professor of Architecture and Digital Media at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL).

Jeffrey was born in Rome, Italy, of Chinese parents, and has recently returned to Switzerland after 12 years in the USA, where he was a Professor at Harvard's Graduate School of Design (GSD). He has been a Member of the Lift Advisory Board from day one.
