Mark is currently based in Enschede, the Netherlands, where he's finishing his Bachelors in Computer Science at Twente University. He's a web hacker of trade, renown for his work on sIFR, which helps bring rich typography to the web. He's also a software engineer at Xopus, performing crazy DHTML wizardry in order to create a friendly XML editor.
Aside from all that programming work, he's interested in *the effects* of the Web. How does it impact society, how does society impact the Web? Perhaps most importantly, how can we hack it all together!?
No matter how weird it is to say this in 3rd person, Mark would love to meet you at LIFT 08.
