I've just finished a degree in Sociology in which I developed a particularly interest in the social implications of software. My dissertation explored ways in which Free and Open Source software resists the commodification of knowledge and how this and propriety software affect various aspects of our lives. It had a strong emphasis on the socio-political and economic issues of open source. At the moment I’m doing an editorial traineeship and writing a white paper on social collaboration.
In my free time I have been volunteering for various performance arts organisations as I’m interested in digital performance.
