Culture & the arts do not always make sufficient use of the formidable potential of cutting edge technologies. Convinced that there is a need for a higher degree of collaboration between creative forces, media and business, 'forum-arts' addresses this issue in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, whilst completing a mandate for the Cultural Olympics in Beijing this summer. "Synthetic Times - Media Art China 2008" is being curated and organised for the National Art Museum of China by Zhang Ga, a LIFT 2007 speaker. 'forum-arts' is in charge of its international development.
