Noah Shibley is a nomadic new media artist, programmer. He is currently working on several scientific data visualization, virtual reality and social software projects, enmeshing them with topics such as network technology, social theory for local community development, open- source culture and mobile nomadic lifestyles. He is currently a co-founding and co-directing member of a non-profit art & technology organization, Dottedquad. He received a BFA degree in Art & technology studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has recently received a Masters degree from The Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP) at New York University.
