Yves Grassioulet now works as an education manager and ergonomics researcher at the Intitute for Work and Health (IST) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He graduated in Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Geneva, then in Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship at EPFL. Back in 2003, he worked as a usability specialist in a Web design company, before focusing on occupational health sciences managing the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Health at Work held at both ETH Zurich and the University of Lausanne. Board member of SwissErgo, as well as member of the Digital Games Research Association (DiGRA), he loves to blur scientific boundaries while trying to get transdisciplinarity into real practices in between human/social sciences, management and engineering. Winner of the NETS 2003 Prize (now called Venture Leaders) along with Nicolas Nova, he also keeps an eye wide open to technology-driven innovations and related risks.
