I wasn't able to get to the workshop proposal page yesterday - it came back with:
Access Denied
You are not authorized to access this page.

It allowed us to make the website experience better by adding an explanation to the access-denied page, so that other users don't get misled.

In order to propose a Workshop you need to register for lift08. From what I can see you are a member of the lift community, which allows you to create some content on the website, but you don't have a ticket for lift08 yet.
